8. Disclaimers

Aurelane provides educational sessions on a good-faith basis. We aim for our information to be accurate and helpful; however, we make no representation that any information provided will be complete, current, or suited to your individual circumstances.

Our services do not replace professional financial, legal, or tax advice. For decisions affecting your pension, estate, or financial arrangements, we encourage you to consult qualified, licensed professionals in the relevant field.

Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the website or that it will be free from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Aurelane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on session content.

Our total liability for any direct loss arising from a session or service, where such liability is established, shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific session or programme.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any area where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may choose to discontinue a service engagement. You may withdraw from any remaining sessions of a programme at any time (subject to the refund terms in Section 6).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Before pursuing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

Where informal resolution is not possible, either party may seek mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before formal legal action is taken.

  • Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Aurelane regarding our services.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision in the future.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to any other party. Aurelane may transfer obligations in the context of a business restructure, provided service continuity is maintained.
  • Notices: Formal notices to Aurelane should be sent to [email protected] or to the address below.
